I was born and raised in Columbia, where my passion for medicine began early. I completed my training in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, serving as Chief Fellow in Pulmonology and Critical Care.
Since 2009, I have practiced in Alaska as an Intensivist. I have served on the Medical Executive Committee at Providence Alaska Medical Center, as well as in leadership roles including Pulmonary Medical Director and ICU Medical Director. My work focuses on hospital-based critical care and comprehensive pulmonary medicine, and advanced technologies such as ION Navigational Robotic Bronchoscopy and Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) to diagnose complex lung conditions and lung cancer with precision and care.
I am dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, blending the latest medical advancements with a personal commitment to each individual’s health and well-being.
