Shari Morgan, MD

Hospitalist

I was born in Lakenheath, England but was raised in the Midwest trading between Colorado and Kansas. Ultimately, I graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Alpha Omega Alpha, in 2005.

I completed my Internal Medicine Residency at University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita Campus in 1998, with my 3rd year of Medicine Residency spent serving as Chief Resident.

I received my Fellowship in the American College of Physicians in 2006.

I practiced outpatient/inpatient medicine 1998-2000 at the Wichita Clinic in Wichita, Kansas until switching to full time Hospital Medicine in 2000.

I remained a Hospitalist in Wichita from 2000-2007 when I accepted my position with The Alaska Hospitalist Group.

I enjoy all electronics and am a “computer geek.” I enjoy skiing, both cross country and downhill, knitting and reading. I enjoy traveling with my husband.
