I was born in Albuquerque New Mexico. My undergraduate degree is in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder. After college I worked as a research assistant before being blessed with opportunity of world travel for a year. I returned home for medical school at the University of New Mexico then completed residency here in Anchorage. I feel very fortunate to continue working with and for the great people of Alaska. Outside of medicine, like many Alaskans, I enjoy the outdoors including hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and all of the other grand adventures available.
